PINIOS RIVER

Pinios, also known as Salavrias, is a river in Thessaly, Greece. Its sources are located in Pindos. It receives all its waters from the converging radiating tributaries of Western Thessaly, namely the Mountainous Ogos of Pyli, which once formed a lake, and flowing from the straits of Kalambaka, which from its erosive energy created Meteora, It reaches the Thessalian plain, where it crosses the passage of the famous Valley of Tempe, between Olympus and Ossa, and flows into the Aegean Sea (southern Thermaikos Gulf), creating its delta near the area of Stomio.

ENTERTAINMENT

The nightlife and gastronomic life in Larissa combines quantity and quality. Whether we are talking about taverns, fine dining, tsipouradika and youthful cafes or bars with many cocktail options, anyone will find what they are looking for.
